Every space solution is configured individually to match your specific requirements - including the number and type of containers, whether new or used, chosen equipment options, and transport distances. Because of this, flat-rate pricing is not meaningful. Our sales team always works to deliver the best price-to-performance ratio for your project. Simply send us your inquiry with your concrete requirements and we will prepare a tailored quote.

For standard office and storage containers, stacking up to three units high is possible, subject to the applicable technical product specifications. Shipping containers can be stacked up to nine times, though each case must be assessed individually. We recommend submitting a specific inquiry so that the necessary structural plans can be prepared in accordance with the relevant stacking configurations.

Yes. In the majority of cases, the installation of a container is subject to permit or notification requirements. Whether a formal building permit or a simple notification is required depends on the size of the installation, its intended use, and the duration of placement. Building regulations vary from country to country and even between municipalities, so it is essential to contact your local building authority - such as the municipal planning office or city administration - before proceeding with any installation.

Yes. Private individuals may purchase individual containers. Please note that container systems (multi-unit installations) are not offered to private customers. Payment in advance is required, as financing options are not available for private purchasers.

Yes. If you have purchased a container and no longer need it, we may be able to buy it back from you. Please contact us directly to discuss the details and we will let you know what is possible.

Yes. Containers are available in a wide range of colors from the standard RAL color chart, allowing you to match your corporate identity or comply with local aesthetic requirements.

Delivery costs cannot be quoted as a flat rate, as they depend on several variables: depot availability, the delivery location, the container type, and local site conditions - including whether crane unloading is required. Please contact us with your specific delivery address and requirements for an accurate cost estimate.

The placement area must be level, firm, and professionally prepared prior to delivery. Foundation requirements range from screw foundations at the minimum to strip or point foundations for heavier or multi-story installations. The exact requirements depend on the type and number of containers to be placed.

We offer both services to make this straightforward for you: our team can carry out a site inspection to assess ground conditions and advise on the right foundation type, and we can also handle the full ground preparation on your behalf. Simply get in touch and we will take care of it from start to finish.

Containers are delivered without a crane as standard. However, if crane unloading is required at your site, we can arrange for an external crane service on your behalf.

A variety of external cladding options are available, including wood, sheet metal, and vinyl wrapping.

Yes. Containers are delivered with up to three keys and are fitted as standard with cylinder locks.

Our containers are produced through a network of trusted production partners across Europe and Asia. Regardless of origin, all manufacturing is carried out to the same strict quality and environmental standards, ensuring a consistently high-quality product across our entire range.

Delivery options vary depending on the container type. Office containers, for example, can be delivered either fully assembled or in a space-saving flat-pack format (Transpack), depending on the delivery location. Sanitary, WC, and storage containers are delivered fully assembled as standard. Storage containers can also be delivered as a set, which reduces both costs and logistical resources.

Office Containers

When fully assembled, an office container weighs approximately 1,290 kg to 2,710 kg, depending on its size and configuration.

As with all container solutions, office container pricing is determined individually based on your specific requirements - including size, new or used condition, equipment options, and transport. Please send us your inquiry and our team will provide a tailored offer with the best value for your needs.

Sanitary & WC Containers

Sanitary and WC containers are fully installed in the factory up to the outer edge of the container. They are therefore delivered fully assembled and ready for immediate connection to local utility supplies.

Depending on the installation site, two options are available: the container can be supplied via an integrated fresh water tank, or connected directly to an existing water supply line. For long-term use, a permanent supply and drainage connection through the floor is required.

Toilet Containers

The emptying interval depends on the number of users and the specific application. For high-traffic events or construction sites, more frequent servicing will be required than for lower-intensity use.

The waste tank is emptied either through the upper opening or via the drain and suction valve, using the suction pipe of a waste disposal vehicle or a sewage pump. The tank manufacturer's operating instructions must be followed at all times.

Fresh water is supplied via local utility supply lines. Depending on the container model, the connection is made via a ½″, ¾″, or 1″ external thread fitting.

Shower Containers

Yes. Please send us an inquiry and our team will be happy to assist you with your requirements.

Pricing depends on the specific model, size, and equipment configuration. A flat-rate price cannot be given. Please submit a concrete inquiry and we will prepare a customized offer.

Yes. Please send us a non-binding inquiry for rental availability and pricing.

Depending on the container size, the electric boiler holds between 5, 15, 80, 150, and up to 300 liters of hot water. Please refer to the technical specifications for the relevant model, or contact our sales team for individual advice.

In a standard shower container equipped with two 300-liter boilers, approximately 15 to 30 shower cycles can be completed before the theoretical maximum hot water capacity is reached - equivalent to roughly two hours of continuous use. In practice, the boilers provide continuous hot water replenishment, ensuring sustained availability. The actual number of showers available depends on individual usage behavior, incoming cold water temperature, and boiler settings.

Storage Containers

As with all tax-related questions, no general advice can be given here. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the applicable deduction options in your jurisdiction.

Storage containers are available in sizes ranging from 6 to 20 feet. In addition, the compact Mover-Box is available with an interior volume of 7 m³, making it ideal for smaller storage requirements.

Our storage containers support a maximum load of up to 10,000 kg, making them suitable for heavy-duty industrial and construction storage applications.

Construction Site Containers

Construction site containers are available in 10, 16, 20, 24, and 30 feet, accommodating a wide range of space requirements from compact site offices to large welfare facilities.

Depending on size and type, a construction site container weighs between 1,300 kg and 2,500kg. Precise weight specifications are provided in the relevant technical documentation.

The most important factors are ensuring the container matches your specific operational requirements and that the site conditions - including ground preparation and access for delivery - are in place. We recommend submitting an inquiry so that our team can advise you on the most suitable configuration.

Container Systems (Multi-Unit Installations)

This depends on the intended use, the duration of placement, and the overall size of the installation. Requirements vary significantly by jurisdiction. We recommend contacting the relevant local building authority to determine whether a formal permit application or a simple notification is required.

Yes. We organize both unloading and full on-site assembly, including delivery to your door and foundation as well as interior fit out if required.

Rental Containers

Yes. The container must be returned in a clean condition. If it is returned without cleaning, a final cleaning fee will be charged to the renter.

The renter is liable for all damage occurring during the rental period, including damage caused by break-ins or natural events. Renters are free to arrange their own insurance coverage for the container at any time.

There is no maximum rental period - rental duration is agreed individually based on your project needs.

We do not offer standard list pricing, as every rental agreement is tailored to the client's individual needs. In all cases, it is worthwhile to submit a non-binding inquiry so that we can prepare the most competitive offer for your situation.

Yes. If no cancellation notice is received, the rental period automatically extends until a formal termination is submitted. There is no need to proactively renew the agreement.

This may be possible in certain cases, subject to prior agreement with our team.

We do not offer combined container and storage space rental. However, we can refer you to a self-storage partner who can accommodate this requirement.

Yes. An air conditioning unit can be included as an add-on to your rental agreement. Beyond standard climate control, we also offer purpose-built refrigerated storage containers for applications that require precise temperature management - including food storage and medical or pharmaceutical use. These units are available for rental and are designed to meet the hygiene and temperature requirements of both the food industry and healthcare sector. Please contact us to discuss the right solution for your needs.

We recommend contacting the appropriate office in advance to clarify the required procedure, as a formal submission plan may be needed.

Sales containers are available in sizes ranging from 10 to 30 feet. Detailed dimensions and available configurations are provided in the technical specifications. Our sales team is available for individual consultation.

Yes, provided that all necessary approvals are obtained in advance. You are responsible for contacting the relevant local building authority to confirm the applicable requirements before installation.

Foldable Containers

Yes. They are engineered to meet modular safety certifications and withstand repeated assembly and relocation.

A single foldable unit can be deployed in 5–10 minutes. Multi-unit complexes may take a few hours to a couple of days, depending on size and utility connections.

Units are stacked flat for shipping, up to 10 per truck, then unfolded and secured on-site with minimal labor and no heavy machinery in many cases.
