Founded in Switzerland
HEPF was founded in 2023 by Andrin Pfister and Louis Held, two young entrepreneurs with a clear idea: modular construction should be simpler, faster and easier to manage. Clients needed spaces that worked, could be delivered quickly and were built to last. Instead, many projects were slowed down by fragmented suppliers, unclear responsibilities and multiple subcontractors.
HEPF was created as a full service partner and marketplace for modular building projects. Through a growing network of trusted suppliers and production partners worldwide, HEPF connects clients with the right products, solutions and project partners. From the first brief to product sourcing, planning, coordination, delivery and installation, HEPF brings the full process together through one clear point of contact. Headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, HEPF now supports private clients, companies, public institutions and NGOs across Switzerland and Europe.
