A rapidly deployable urban training system that recreates built environments for military and security training, with modular structures arranged into streets, rooms and multi-storey buildings. Layouts can be rearranged for each scenario, so training never repeats in the same fixed setting.

Fixed training villages eventually become predictable. Once personnel know the rooms, streets, doors and movement routes, part of the training value is lost.
The Urban Trainer is designed around a different approach. Modular elements can be rearranged to create changing structures and routes, allowing instructors to build new scenarios without constructing a new facility.
Layouts can reproduce different operational environments and support room-entry, building-clearing, movement, observation and coordinated unit training.

The training environment can be scaled from individual structures to larger interconnected urban layouts.
Multi-level buildings, modular rooms and external spaces can be combined to create increasingly complex training environments. Configurations can also be adapted to reflect a future operational area, allowing personnel to rehearse against a more relevant physical environment before deployment.
Because the infrastructure remains modular and transportable, the training system can be expanded, rearranged or relocated as future requirements change.
