Each floor is produced off site to the same standard, then assembled on site, so a multi-storey building comes together far faster than traditional construction. Design, foundations, utility connections, installation and handover are all managed, giving developers and municipalities a finished apartment building on a footprint that would otherwise hold only a fraction of the homes.
