Foundation, Container Supply, Assembly & HVAC
HEPF AG's scope covered four key work packages: screw foundation design and installation (AFP system with sub-structure), supply and assembly of 13 classic Line container units, full container build-up and complete HVAC installation via air-to-air heat pumps providing individual room temperature control. Electrical fit-out, PVC flooring and roller shutters.
Speed, Flexibility & Minimal Site Disruption
Modular container construction was the ideal solution for this project. The temporary school had to be erected quickly on the existing football pitch, without disrupting the ongoing school operations nearby. HEPF AG's approach allowed for rapid assembly, a minimal foundation footprint using screw piles, and a fully reversible structure that can be dismantled and removed once the permanent school building is complete.
